MAINTENANCE
18) Disconnect the black and red wires from the solenoid valve.
17) Remove the 16 screws that hold the valve tray to the fi rebox and
carefully pull out the valve tray.
Valve Tray
16) Disconnect the spark cable and valve sensor wires from the control
board.
19) Replace the valve tray and reverse steps to re-install. Ensure to
check the gasket around the valve tray opening.
20) Turn on the gas supply and check for gas leaks.
21) Plug in the power source.
22) Re-install the grate.
23) Re-install the interior brick panels.
24) Re-install the log set.
25) Re-install the glass door.
26) Check the inlet (12" WC) and outlet (10"WC).
27) Re-install the right heat shield.
28) Check operation of fl ame control.
29) Check for proper fl ame appearance.
30) Re-install the exterior brick panels.
