MAINTENANCE
4) Disconnect both sources of power; the power cord, located on the
left hand side of the fi rebox and the wires connected to the back-up
battery located on the right side of the fi rebox.

5) Remove the control box by carefully lifting off the velcro and sliding it
out from the side of the fi rebox.
NOTE: The control box will need to be fl ipped as it is being brought
out from the side of the fi rebox.
6) Disconnect the wire harnesses from the control board labelled A, C,
D, E & F. Do not disconnect the the jumper cables labelled B.
7) Disconnect the spark cable and fl ame sensor wires from the control
board.
8) Remove the cable tie from control box to release the wires. Do not
discard cable tie.
9) Remove the ground screw from the side of the control box. Do not
discard the ground screw.

10) Replace the control box.
11) Re-connect wires harnesses. Ensure that the cables match the letters
labelled on the control box and are securely connected.
12) Reinstall the ground screw.
13) Reverse steps 8 to 1.
