6.4 Master/Repeater mode
As it leaves the factory, the ST30 Bidata is set to operate in master mode.
In this mode the instrument is connected to speed and depth transducers,
and transmits data onto the SeaTalk Bus. The Bidata can be set as a
repeater, to repeat depth and speed information already on the SeaTalk
bus.
Repeater mode is set up as follows:

Press and hold
and Depth for 5 seconds until the display shows U
and a two figure number.

Press Depth to display operating mode:
r0 = Master mode
r1 = Repeater mode
