• To change the shutter speed for shooting
with manual focusing, turn the mode dial to
Aperture Priority/Manual Exposure Mode
(A/M), select [Manual exposure] from the
Shooting menu, and set the shutter speed.
The up/down dial cannot be used for focus
adjustment.
• You cannot use the up/down dial.
Shooting at a Fixed Distance
To shoot with the shooting distance fixed, fol-
low the steps below.

Turn the mode dial to 5

tance to 2.5 meters.

to infinity. This feature is useful to shoot a
distant view.

The Shooting Menu closes and the spec-
ified value is displayed on the upper part
of the screen.
This setting will be used for shooting until
