When using shielded 22/4
two-twisted-pair cable, use
one twisted pair for power
and ground, and the other
twisted pair for status and
IR signal. Always drain the
shield by connecting it or
the drain wire to the GND
terminal on the EZB con-
necting block.
Note: To ensure proper
operation, it’s important to
maintain similar wiring
schemes at all termination
points of the EZB-1SC.
When connecting CAT-5
cable to the EZB-1SC, use
the wiring chart to the left.
