Jumper Function
Error Reporting The on error closing contact can report the
following conditions:
J1
- No data
J2 - Equalizer has exceeded the preset cable length
Operating Standard J3 - Selects Composite operation 143 Mb/s or 177
Mb/s.
With no jumper fitted the selection is Auto.
J4
- Selects Auto standard selection.
J5 - Selects Component operation 270 Mb/s or 360
Mb/s.
LEDs Function
Error This indicates that the error condition set in 1
exists.
No Data This indicates that there is no input data.
Eq Warning This indicates that the equalizer has reached the
preset value. This is not illuminated if “no data” is
illuminated.
270 This indicates that the current input standard is
270 Mb/s (D1) This is not illuminated if “no data”
is illuminated.
143 This indicates that the current input standard is
143 Mb/s (D2-NTSC). This is not illuminated if
“no data” is illuminated.
177 This indicates that the current input standard is
177 Mb/s (D2-PAL). This is not illuminated if “no
data” is illuminated.
