Fax Forwarding
Programming a Fax Forwarding number
When Fax Forwarding is set to On , your machine stores the received
fax in the memory. Then it dials the fax number you've programmed
and forwards the fax message.

Press Menu/Set , 2 , 5 , 1 .

Press or to select On (or
Off ).
Press Menu/Set .
The LCD will ask you to enter the fax number to which faxes will
be forwarded.

Enter the forwarding number (up to 20 digits).
Press Menu/Set .

Press Stop/Exit .
Remote Fax Options
(Not available for colour faxes)
After you have selected Fax Forwarding, Fax Storage is set to
On automatically. If you bring the Fax Forwarding feature back
to Off , Fax Storage stays on.
