The SW10JM Joist Mount subwoofer includes the following items:
• 1 Passive Subwoofer
• 1 MicroPerf™ ceiling grille with frame
• 1 floor/cabinet grille
• 1 set of mounting brackets (front/rear)
• 1 cardboard placement template
• 1 Trim-out panel
• All necessary hardware
