Enter the team name, and click [Next >].

Select the check boxes of the adapters you want to include to the team, and click [Next>].
6.
Select “Adapter Fault Tolerance” or “Adaptive Load Balancing” as a team mode. (Usually
select “Adapter Fault Tolerance.”)
Click [Next >].
