Deleting a Communication Reservation File
To delete a file in memory, follow the steps below.

Your machine cannot delete the file while it is being sent.

Press the Fax key.

Select “More Menus”.

Select “Edit File Mode”.

Select “Delete File”.

deleted, and then select “OK”.

Select “All Files” to select all
communication reservation files.

To cancel the deletion, select “Cancel”.

To cancel the deletion, Select “No”.

To return to standby, press the Reset
