FOOTREST HEIGHT
The footrest height is easily adjusted to one of six dif-
ferent heights in one-inch increments.
To raise or lower the footrest:
1. Remove the two 7/16-in. bolts and their nuts from
the footrest. See figure 19.
2. Raise or lower the footrest to the desired height.
3. Install the two 7/16-in. bolts and nuts into the foot-
rest and tighten.
FOOTREST ANGLE
You can adjust the angle of the footrest with a 3/16-in.
hex wrench. See figure 20.
To adjust the footrest angle:
1. Turn the setscrew clockwise to raise the front of
the footrest.
2. Turn the setscrew counterclockwise to lower the
front of the footrest.
SWING-AWAY FOOTRESTS OPTION
Swing-away footrests (SFRs) are an option. They en-
able you to swing the leg rest to the side before trans-
ferring from your Jazzy.
To swing the leg rests:
1. Push in the release lever. See figure 21.
2. Swing the footrest off to the side.
