Charge the built-in battery

Open the protective cover at the bottom
of the camcorder.

Connect the camcorder to a PC through
the supplied USB cable.
» The charge status is shown on the
touch screen of the camcorder.

When the battery is full, disconnect the
USB cable and close the protective cover.

‡ It takes about 3 hours to fully charge the built-in
battery through a PC.
You can also charge the camcorder through a
USB adaptor (not supplied) connected to mains
power. The charge time is about 2 hours.
