scanner (see the back cover page).

You did not move the hand scanner for more than 30
seconds, so it has stopped scanning automatically.

Infrared connection to the main unit
Place the infrared connection windows
of the hand scanner and the main unit
together.

1 Pull out the hand scanner tray by
lightly pressing the center part.
● Move the tray slowly so as not to scratch the
placed surface.
To print the memorized contents, you must send them to the main unit by infrared connection.
2 Place the hand scanner in the trough
of the tray.
● If the hand scanner is not placed in the right
position, when you try to send the memorized
contents to the main unit, you will hear a
beep and will be displayed.
You will not be able to send the contents.
● Do not allow connection windows to become dirty
or damaged, and do not place tape or stickers on
the windows.
