Editing an Internal Phone Book Entry
To make changes to an entry:
1. Display an Internal Phone Book entry.
2. Press the left softkey button ( Edit ).
3. Highlight the part of the entry you wish to edit, for example, Name,
Group, Ringer, etc., and press
.
4. Add and/or edit the desired information and press .
5. Press the left softkey button ( Done ) or press to return to
standby mode.
Selecting a Ringer Type for an Entry
You can assign a ringer type to an Internal Phone Book entry so you can
identify the caller by the ringer type. (See “Ringer Types” on page 30.)
To select a ringer type for an entry:
1. Display an Internal Phone Book entry.
2. Press the left softkey button ( Edit ).
3. Highlight the current ring type and press .
4. Select a ringer menu by pressing the right softkey button ( Actions )
and choosing Default ( ) for preprogrammed ringers or
Download ( ) for downloaded ringers.
5. Use your navigation key to scroll through available ringers (when you
highlight a ringer type a sample ringer will sound). Highlight your
desired ringer and press
.
6. Press the left softkey button ( Done ) to save the new ringer type.
