Disconnecting the DCS 645 from the
Camera Body

Place the camera on a table or other flat
surface.

If they are connected, unplug the video cable
and the IEEE 1394 cable
. Turn off and disconnect all flash and
strobe systems.

Turn off the camera body.

If the DCS 645 is being powered by battery,
remove the battery
.
If the DCS 645 is being powered by AC
adapter, disconnect the AC adapter.
5
Rotate the DCS 645 Release button to the left
and press, then pivot the top of the camera
body away from the DCS 645.
6
Carefully remove the DCS 645 from the
camera body.

Do not store the DCS 645 with an attached
battery or with the AC adapter plugged in.
