Checking the Remaining
Lamp Life (Percentage)
This function allows you to check the remain-
ing lamp life (percentage).
Select the “Options (2)” menu on the
menu screen.

Note
•
It is recommended that the lamp be
changed when the remaining lamp life
becomes 5%.
For lamp replacement, contact your
nearest Sharp Authorized Projector
Dealer or Service Center.

The table at the right indicates rough esti-
mates in the case of using only in each mode
shown. Remaining lamp life changes within
the range of the values shown depending
on the frequency at which “Power Save” is
switched “ON” and “OFF” (see page
69
).
Auto Power Off Function
When no input signal is detected for more than
15 minutes, the projector will automatically
enter the standby mode if set to “ON”.
The Auto Power Off function will be disabled
when it has been set to “OFF”.
Select “Auto Power Off” in “Economy
Mode” under the “Options (1)” menu on
the menu screen.

•
When the Auto Power Off function is set to
“ON”, 5 minutes before the projector enters
the standby mode, the message “Enter
STANDBY mode in X min.” will appear on
the screen to indicate the remaining minutes.
