Purpose of this manual
This manual is a maintenance manual of Interface Unit PFV-L10 and Backup Power
Supply Unit BKPF-LPS10.
This manual is intended for system and service engineers, and describes the
information of maintenance and detailed service.

The functions and specifications of BKPF-LPS10 and PFV-L10’s power supply unit
are equal. This manual uses “Power Supply Unit” for BKPF-LPS10 and PFV-L10’s
power supply unit.
