4-7. Setup – SECURITY
In the SETUP menu, select the SECURITY tab. Then, the SECURITY menu is displayed as pictured below.
Navigate through the menu items using the mouse or the control button on the remote control and change
the value of the menu item.

AUTHENTICATION
Only the Admin will have access to the menu.
PASSWORD CHECK:
Select the Checkbox to enable the functions or leave the Checkbox blank to disable
the functions.
Setup, Playback(PB), PTZ, Record OFF(R/OFF), and Network
Selected Checkbox: The DVR will ask for a password when the given function is
selected for all users.
Blank Checkbox: The DVR will not ask for a password when the given function is
selected for all users.
