• Check if a number has been stored in
the contact card.
• Re-store the number, if necessary.
Bluetooth
I cannot end a
Bluetooth connection
If another device is connected to your
phone, you can end the connection by
deactivating Bluetooth. Go to
Bluetooth and deselect Turn on
Bluetooth.
I cannot find my friend’s
Bluetooth enabled
device
• Be sure that both have activated
Bluetooth.
• Be sure that the distance between the
two devices is not over 10 metres or that
there are no walls or other obstructions
between the devices.
• Be sure that the other device is in the
discoverable mode.
• Be sure that both devices are
compatible.
