General Problems
To perform a manual Hard Reset, press the Up
Navigation key and the
key. Caution, if you perform a
manual Hard Reset, the storage and setting is also
initialized.
Problem Description Solution
“Invalid or missing SIM card. You
can still make emergency calls if
your service provider supports it”
displays
Check that the SIM card has been
correctly installed.
“No network coverage,” “Error
unable to connect. No network
coverage.” or “Message sending
failed” displays
• The network connection has been lost.
You may be in a weak signal area (in a
tunnel or surrounded by buildings).
Move and try again.
• You are trying to access an option for
which you have not taken out a
subscription with your service provider.
