MAIN OVEN FUNCTIONS SELECTION KNOB (PT2)

This knob is used to select the desired cooking function. By turning it
clockwise or counterclockwise you can choose between the functions
shown.
For increased details on the cooking mode of each function, see
paragraph “11. COOKING IN THE OVEN”.
HOB CONTROL KNOB
NORMAL HEATING:
Using this knob you can control the cooking zones of the hob. The
burner controlled is indicated below every knob. The drawing to the left
refers to the knob of the the back left cooking zone. Turn the knob to the
right to adjust the power of the hotplates from the lowest to the highest.
The adjustment is progressive. To turn the hotplate off turn the knob to
O.
DOUBLE HEATING:
Use this knob to control the double cooking zones of the hob. The
burner controlled is indicated below every knob.
Adjust heating within the smaller circle in the same way as a normal
cooking and heating zone. To activate heating in the outside zone, turn
the knob clockwise, lining up with the or symbol. Releasing
the knob will return it to the maximum position for both the zones (inside
+ outside). To return heating to only within the inside circle, first turn the
knob to the O position and then turn it to the desired power.
To turn off the burner, turn the knob to the O position.
