Enter the mailbox number (2 digits). (Go directly to Step 13 if the
receiving machine does not have mailboxes.)

Press a Rapid Key.

Press and enter a Speed Dial number (if you enter less than 2
digits, press to complete the entry).

Enter a full fax number with the numeric keys.
