Operating the connected TV
The connected TV can be operated with the remote control of this system. The fac-
tory setting allows you to operate Sharp's TVs and VCRs with it.
To operate those of other manufacturers, change the contents registered in the
remote control. (See page 40.)

" Watching digital tuner, etc.
Caution:
Some Sharp TVs and VCRs cannot be operated with this remote control.

Press the TV ON/STAND-BY button to turn on the TV.

Press the TV CHANNEL ( or ) button to set the channel.

Press the TV VOLUME ( or ) button to control the TV volume.
To enjoy the sound from the speakers of this system:
Turn on the system and press the FUNCTION button to select "TV".

Turn on the system and press the FUNCTION button.
! For the digital tuner, select "AUX".
! For the video, select "VCR".

Turn on the digital tuner, etc.

Press the TV/VIDEO button, and set the TV to VIDEO 1, VIDEO 2,
etc.
! When you watch a digital television, press the DIGITAL/ANALOG button and
select "AUX ANALOG" or "AUX DIGITAL" depending on the connected input
terminal.
! When you see a video, press the playback button of the VCR.
