Head Movement
The head tilts 45° back and forth, and rotates 90°
left and right, as shown in Figures 21–22.

DISCONNECT MILL FROM POWER!

Loosen the three tilt lock bolts on the right
side of the ram adapter shown in Figure 23.

Use one hand to apply pressure to the
head in the direction of rotation, then
slowly rotate the tilt bolt. Rotating this bolt
clockwise will tilt the head back.
4.
When the head is in the correct position
for your operation, re-tighten all three lock
bolts.

Always lock the head firmly in place after
tilting or rotating it. Unexpected movement
of the head during operations could cause
damage to the cutter or workpiece.
