Options Menu

Menu Display
Adjusts the display duration of the menu screen.
● The menu screen display will not disappear automatically
when this is set to
AOnB. Press the [EXIT] button to clear
the menu screen.

Sleep Time
Sets the lapse time before automatically switching the
unit to the standby mode when there is no signal input.

RC232C (bps)
Sets the communication speed (signal transmission
speed) when communicating with a computer using the
RS-232C terminal. Ensure that this is same as the rate
set at the computer.

Zoom/Focus
Locks/Unlocks the power zoom/power focus functions of
the projection lens.

Power Save
Switches the power (brightness) of the light-source lamp.
● It is possible to lower the power (brightness) of the light-
source lamp when this is set to
AOnB, but the display will
appear darker than when this is set to
AOffB.
● Adjustment of settings will be disabled for about 1 minute
after the setting is changed. In this case, adjust settings
after a lapse of at least 1 minute.
● Altering the AOnB,AOffB setting does not affect the lamp
usage time (lamp life) of the light-source lamp.

Lamp Time
Displays the accumulated hours of usage of the light-
source lamp.

Source
Automatically identifies the input video signal at the [DVI]
terminal of this unit and displays the signal name
(
A1080p50B or A1080p60B).
● When there is no video signal input to the [DVI] terminal, or
when there is input of a video signal that cannot be used
with this unit, no signal name will be displayed.

image will appear for about 2 seconds.
● When nothing is connected to the [DVI] terminal, or if
there is no video signal, a

will be projected.
● For a video signal that cannot be used with this unit, a
AOut of RangeB message will be projected.
● Video input signals that can be used with this unit are
1080/50p and 1080/60p signals by DVI-D.
