Display Indicators
The indications on the display tell you a lot of things while you are operating the System.
Before operating the System, be familiar with when and how the indicators illuminate on the display.

SLEEP indicator
• Lights when the Sleep Timer is activated. (See
page 21.)

A.STBY (Auto Standby) indicator (See page 21.)
• Lights when Auto Standby is activated.
• Flashes when playback stops with Auto Standby
activated.

Playback mode indicators
• PRGM: lights when Program Play is activated.
(See page 25.)
• RND: lights when Random Play is activated. (See
page 26.)
• Repeat Mode indicators (See page 27.)

• ST (Stereo): lights while an FM stereo station
with sufficient signal strength is tuned in.
• MONO (Monaural): lights while receiving an FM
stereo station in monaural.

Karaoke operation indicators (only for CA-NXG9)

• K.Scoring: lights when Karaoke Scoring is
activated; flashes when Karaoke Scoring is in use.

• V.MASK: lights when Vocal Masking is

• Lights when the progressive scanning mode is

• Flashes when the Bluetooth adapter is connected
and “Bluetooth” is selected as the source.
• Flashes when the Bluetooth adapter is connected
and the Bluetooth transmitter is activated.

• Lights when video signal is transmitted in 1080i,
