In addition, the following settings must match on both PC and adapter:
Network mode
- Ad-Hoc or Infrastructure (LiteShow factory setting is ad-hoc)
WEP settings
- WEP key and Authentication type (LiteShow WEP factory settings are disabled)

Out of range
802.11b networks have a line-of-site range of about 300 feet. If there are walls or other 2.4 GHZ devices in the area,
this distance can be decreased significantly. Try moving the PC closer to the LiteShow adapter.

Scanning
It may be necessary to click the Scan button more than one time.
Q: I am using a Macintosh with an ethernet and a wireless connection but LiteShow is not recognized. Why not?
A:
Check the Network panel of the System Preferences application. Choose “Network Port Configuration” from the
Show popup menu. You should see a list of ports. Make sure that Airport is checked and placed higher in the list than
any other checked port. To move Airport higher in the list, drag the item within the list to the top of the list.
Q:
When projecting, I switched the computer’s screen area to 640x480 pixels and the projected image disap-
peared. What’s wrong?
A:
Unfortunately, 640x480 pixels is not a supported mode. The supported modes are:
Windows
800 x 600 x 16 bit color
1024 x 768 x 16 bit color
1024 x 768 x 32 bit color
