When an applicant completes the online application, s/he will sign the application using the electronic
signature. If the applicant does not want to use an electronic signature, s/he may print a copy of the
application, filled in with the information provided during the online application, sign the Indiana
Application for Assistance and submit the signature page to the FSSA Service Center. Figure 7 shows the
electronic signature page of the online application:
