FORMAT OF THE MAX12557 IS TWO'S-COMPLEMENT BINARY,
HENCE EACH MSB OF THE TWO'S-COMPLEMENT OUTPUT CODE
MUST BE INSERTED TO REFLECT TRUE OFFSET BINARY FORMAT.
