7 Data was
sent, but
could not be
printed, or
printing did
not begin for
a long time. The specifically
designed printer
driver was not used. Use the specifi-
cally designed
printer driver. If the print data cannot be
received correctly, stop
printing.
The correct cable is
not used, or the
cable is not correctly
connected. Check the cable.
Data transmission
was not finished. Wait a little while
longer. Since this unit is a page
printer, if the data for one
page is incomplete, print-
ing will not begin. In addi-
tion, if a large amount of
data is being sent in the
graphics mode, data
transmission takes some
time.
The print port for the
driver is incorrect. Check the print
port on the Ports
tab (Windows
2000/XP/NT 4.0)
or General tab
(Windows 98/Me)
This unit is not
selected as the
default printer. Select this unit as
the default printer.
The print queue is
temporarily paused
or is offline. Continue the
queue or set the
copier online.
8 No paper is
fed out. There is no paper, or
there is no paper of
the specified size. If a message
appears, indicating
that the paper
must be replen-
ished, load the
paper.
Mailbox printing has
been specified. Paper is not fed out if
mailbox printing has been
specified.
9 Paper of the
specified
size is
loaded, but
printing is not
performed. The paper drawer
has been specified. When specifying a paper
drawer, depending on the
settings for the selected
paper drawer, do not
select paper in a drawer
with different settings.
