View the Appointments for
Today
1. Tap > Calendar .
2. Tap Menu > Go to Today .
To view your agenda for a specific
date, tap Menu > Go to Date . Tap
the date to view.
Use Tasks
The task list is your “things to do”
list. A task that has been marked
as high priority is preceded by an
exclamation mark, and a low priority
task is marked by a downward-
pointing arrow. Overdue tasks are
displayed in bold red.
Create a Task
1. Tap > Tasks > Menu > New
Task .
2. Enter the task name and details,
and tap OK .
Mark a Task as Completed
1. Tap > Tasks .
2. Select the task to mark complete,
and tap Complete .
To change the task back to
incomplete, tap activate .
Find a Task
1. Tap > Tasks .
2. Tap Menu > Sort by and select a
sort option or Menu > Filter and
select a category.
