Synchronize your phone with your
computer to keep your task list and
calendar up-to-date in both locations.
Use the Calendar
Use the calendar to schedule
appointments, including meetings
and other events. You can also set
the calendar to remind you of your
appointments. If you use Microsoft ®
Office Outlook ® on your computer,
you can synchronize appointments
between your phone and computer.
Open the Calendar
Use one of the following methods to
open the calendar:
From the Home screen, tap
Calendar .
Tap > Calendar .

Schedule an Appointment
1. From the Home screen, tap
Calendar .
2. Tap Menu > New Appointment .
3. Enter information about the
appointment.
4. To schedule an all-day event, in
All Day , tap Yes .
5. To make this appointment
recurring, tap Menu > Edit >
Occurs and select one of the
recurrence options.
6. Tap OK .
