Synchronizing Your
Device with an Exchange
Server
Synchronize your contacts, calendar,
and e-mail with an Exchange
ActiveSync account. You must have a
data connection to use this feature.
Setting Up your Exchange
ActiveSync Account
Contact your network administrator to
obtain the necessary information for
your network.
1. From the application tray, touch
e-mail > Exchange ActiveSync.
2. Enter your e-mail address and your
e-mail password, and touch Next.
3. Enter the necessary information.
4. Touch Next.
The device verifies the account
settings.
About Exchange ActiveSync
The device will not synchronize with
your Exchange ActiveSync account
until the account is verified. You can
edit your account settings to update or
verify your account.
You can select which types of data to
synchronize in the sync settings.
Editing your Exchange
ActiveSync Account
Contact your network administrator to
obtain the necessary information for
your network.
1. From the application tray, touch
Settings > Sync > Exchange
ActiveSync > Account Info.
2. Edit the fields as necessary.
3. Touch .
4. Select an option:
Touch Yes to verify your
account.
