Disconnecting your player
To disconnect your player:

Click the remove hardware icon on the Windows task bar. The Safely Remove Hardware
dialog box opens.

Click USB Mass Storage Device , then click Stop . The Stop a Hardware device dialog box
opens.

Click Gateway DMP Player USB Device , then click OK .

Click Close .

Unplug your player.
