Motor Brushes
The Model G8692 comes with 2 extra motor
brushes to help prolong the life of the universal
motor.
To change the motor brushes:
1. Use a flat-head screw driver to remove the
motor brush covers as shown in
Figure 15 .
No lubrication is required for the Model G8692.
All of the bearings in this machine have been
lubricated with a sufficient amount of high grade
lubricant. This lubricant will last for the life of the
machine under normal operating conditions.

2. Remove the motor brushes.
3. Clean or replace the motor brushes and
secure the covers.
