7.21 Spare Parts and Ancillary Items

The following replaceable parts are available for the Galaxy 65 Subsystem:

7.22 Upgrading Your LRC I/O Modules

You can upgrade your existing JBOD or RAID LRC module to a Rorke Data Galaxy 65 RAID LRC module
in accordance with the following procedure:

Caution

Ensure that your Power Supply/Cooling modules are marked with P/N 44191-XX. If they are not you will
need to upgrade your PSUs. Please contact your supplier and request the upgrade modules.

Change the Ops Panel switch settings to those shown in

Table 7–9

.

Important

Switch settings are only read at Power On.

The Galaxy 65 enclosure ID must always be set to select ID1.

Remove the existing LRC modules in accordance with the procedure in

7.12.3.1, ”Removing the Module”,

on page 72

Install the Storage Manager modules in accordance with the procedure in
