Installation and Access
Call detail records (CDR) are an important source of information for call centers running
PBX systems. AltiReport is a Web-based reporting application that can generate 45
detailed CDR reports, according to agent, workgroup, and DNIS. Both report summaries
and analyses are available.
Requirements
AltiReport can be set up on a Microsoft Windows operating system.
•
Use a separate standalone server for AltiReport—do not install it on the MAXCS ACM/
ACC system. Minimum system requirements:

IBM/PC AT compatible system
•
Intel 2GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent
•
60GB available hard drive disk space
•
1GB RAM (2GB RAM is required if AltiReport is running on the same machine
as SQL Server. Running AltiReport on the same machine as SQL Server is not
recommended.)
•
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP3 with Internet Information Services (IIS),
Windows Server 2008 SP2 (32-bit) with IIS, or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
(64-bit)
•
AltiReport License—needs to be added to MAXCS ACM/ACC 7.0 system and
registered.
•
JRE 1.6 (Java Runtime Environment)
•
Apache Tomcat 6.0 will be installed automatically
•
MAXCS ACM/ACC 7.0 must be installed in the same network
•
External Logger 7.0 (or above) and an external CDR database (Microsoft SQL Server
2005 or Microsoft SQL Server 2008) must be installed in the same network. See the
CDR Manual for information.
There is no particular requirement for a client machine, except that it needs to have a
suitable Web browser installed (Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0, 9.0, or 10.0) prior to
installation of AltiReport.
