Printing Out Confidential Document from Your Machine’s Mailbox
After you have been notified that someone has transmitted a confidentiai document to your machine’s
mailbox, use the following procedure to print out the confidential document.

Note: The confidential file will be erased automatically after being printing out even when the setting of Fax
Parameter No, 43 (CONF. POLLED FILE SAVE) was changed to "Valid”.
