Overview

If you have any problems with the printer, first
check to make sure that you have performed
the following tasks correctly.
 Install the battery or connect the printer to
an AC or DC power outlet (see
Connecting the Printer to External Power
on page 2).
 Print the printer settings to check that the
printing operation can be performed (see
Printing a Printer Report on page 59).
 Enabled communication between the
printer and computer. Re-establish the
connection (see Connecting the Printer
and iOS Device on page 11 or Connecting
the Printer and a Windows
®
Computer
on page 15).
