Description: initialize the CPLD to control handle
Prototype: MmuxHandle MmuxInit(int deviceNum)
Parameters: deviceNum: request to initialize the version of card number and strat from 0
Return Value: MmuxHandle

Prototype: void MmuxRelease(MmuxHandle hdMmux)
