To send a recording to another computer
1. In the Notes application or in File Explorer, locate the recording you
want to send.
2. Tap and hold the name of the recording to display the pop-up menu.
3. On the pop-up menu, tap either Send via E-mail or Send via
Infrared.
4. Enter an e-mail address.

Align the infrared port on your HP Jornada with the infrared port on
the recipient’s computer. (The recipient’s computer must be in
infrared receive mode.)
Finding and organizing information
You can find and organize the files and information on your Pocket PC in
much the same way you do on your desktop PC: by using the Find feature or
by using File Explorer.
Use the Find feature to locate files that contain a specified text string or that
match specific criteria.
To find a file
1. On the Start menu, tap Find.
2. In the Find box, type the text you want to locate.
3. If you want to narrow your search to files of a specific type, select the
file type in the Type list.
4. Tap Go.
To quickly find information that is taking up storage space on your device,
select Larger than 64 KB in Type.
Use File Explorer to browse the folders on your Pocket PC and to organize
files into folders.
To browse folders
1. On the Start menu, tap Programs, and then tap File Explorer.
