To insert new batteries:
1. Make sure the lens cover is closed (the camera is off).
2. To open the battery compartment, slide the battery compartment cover in the direction of
the arrow, and then lift it.
3. Insert four new batteries, making sure the + / − electrodes are
facing the proper direction (see the diagram inside the battery
compartment).
Caution: Replace all the batteries at the same time. Do not
replace the batteries individually or use batteries of
different types. Always follow instructions on the
battery package when handling or disposing of
batteries.
4. Close the battery compartment cover by sliding it into place and then clicking it shut.
