(1.2 - 3.1 kg) After the cycle ends, cover with foil and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

(0.9 - 1.5 kg) Boneless pork loin is recommended because it cooks evenly.
Place on low rack. After cooking, remove from oven, cover with
foil and allow to stand 5-10 minutes. Internal temperature should
be 160
o F.
