5) Enter a Share Name.
This name can contain a maximum of eight characters. A default shared
resource name is seen in the S
HARE N AME box, but it can be changed.
6) Enter printer location.
This is an optional entry in the Location box. Users will see this location
information when they connect to the printer.
7) Click OK.
