Insert the LED

in the relevant place on the

PCB, but do not solder it, yet! Orientation of
the LED is important – check the silkscreen! A
notch on the silkscreen indicates the

cath-

ode of the LED

(a shorter lead next to a

notch on the LED) and the longer lead – the

anode of the LED

– has to go into a hole

with square-like polygon on the PCB.

Fit the

front panel

again and

fix it

with 3 nuts on

jack sockets and one nut on the switch. Now,
solder the LED. We are almost done!

Now,

insert the ICs into their respec-

tive DIP sockets

. Mind the orientation of

the ICs – match the notch on each IC with the
one on its socket.
