3. Click on the document which is printing, then click the
Stop icon button to cancel the print job.
When background printing is off
1. Press the
P power button to turn off the printer.
2. Hold down the
J command key on your keyboard and press
the period (.) key to cancel the print job.

Customer support will be able to help you much more quickly if
you give them the following information.
❏ Serial number of your printer
(The serial number label is on the back of the printer.)

❏ Brand and model of your computer
❏ Printer software version
(Click About in your printer driver.)
