11. Guarantee and service
INFORMATION: You are provided
with a 36 month guarantee from the date
of purchasing this product. The guarantee
does not cover the lamp unit. The product
has been manufactured carefully and
checked conscientiously before being
shipped.
If, however, production or material defects
are determined within the guarantee
period, please contact your dealer
immediately.
Damage caused due to incorrect use, a
failure to observe the instruction manual
or work carried out by unauthorised
persons is not covered by the guarantee.
No liability is assumed for resulting
property damage and personal injury or
for consequential damage arising
therefrom.
Performance provided under the
guarantee neither extends nor renews the
36 month guarantee period.
Please contact the service department of
Uni-Elektra GmbH before returning the
product. The product cannot be accepted
unless this has been agreed with us.
Shipments for which postage costs have
not already been paid will not be
accepted.
