1. Introduction
Everyone who uses, cleans or disposes
of this product must be familiar with this
instruction manual.
This instruction manual is an integral
component of this product.
The 1000 W portable spotlight will be
referred to as portable spotlight in the
following.
The meanings of signal words and
symbols:

Hazard that can cause

to the product.

2. Intended use
The portable spotlight has been
developed for private, non-commercial
use. It is not designed to be used during
construction work. The portable spotlight
is suitable for used outdoors. Using the
portable spotlight for a purpose other than
that specified here can result in personal
injury and property damage and is not
permitted.
3. Safety information
IMPORTANT: Always observe the
following information to avoid personal
injury and property damage caused due
to incorrect use.
WARNING:
Failing to observe the information can
pose a risk to life and limb.

Pass the instruction manual on to
third parties.
Make sure that third parties do not use
the portable spotlight until they have
been instructed on how to use it.

Do not manipulate or change the
portable spotlight.
Such activity can result in electric
shock and death.

Do not use in the event of a defect.
In the event of an visible defect or
malfunction, switch off and stop using
the portable spotlight. Failing to act as
instructed here can result in electric
shock.

Keep away from children, prevent
use by third parties.
Children must not be permitted to
handle the product. Make sure the
product cannot be used by third parties.

Protect the mains cable.
Keep the mains cable away from sharp
edges and high temperatures.
Sharp edges and high temperatures
can result in electric shock or fire.

Damaged mains cable
If damaged, the mains cable on the
portable spotlight must be replaced by
the manufacturer, by a manufacturer's
service technician or by a comparably
qualified person in order to avoid
hazards.
