j Pull the staple pusher 2 out of the han-
dle 1 of the hammer stapler (Fig. A).
j Place staples into magazine or
remove them (Fig. B).
j Push the staple pusher 2 back into
the handle 1 until it engages (Fig. C).

j Hold the hammer stapler by the handle
and strike the head of the hammer
