Safety instructions
Before using the compact radio for the first time, always read the following
instructions and pay attention to all warnings, even if you are familiar with
handling electronic devices. Store these operating instructions in a safe place
for future reference. If you sell the compact radio or pass it on, always include
these operating instructions.

This compact radio can be used by children aged 8 and older and by
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have been instructed
on the safe use of the radio and understand the resulting risks. Children
must not play with the radio. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be
carried out by children without supervision. Always keep plastic
packaging away from children as it poses a suffocation risk.
If smoke is produced, or there are any unusual sounds or smells,
disconnect the compact radio from the power supply immediately. In such
cases, the compact radio should not be used until it has been inspected
